What Resolution When Converting Video For iPod Touch

Just got my Touch and converting some videos I downloaded into mpeg4.

Now should I be using 480x320 or 640x480?

I'm not sure if this'll help, but I use Videora iPod video converted, and you can choose iPod touch and its does it for you. And then when playing the video you can switch between wide and full. Why don't you google up the specs of the Touch for its resolution?

480x320 is the native resolution, so i guess that would be what you convert it too
