Unreal 2 problem with installshield

When i try to run the setup to UNreal 2: The Awakening I get this error message saying "error number: 0x80040707" ..i checked on the net and it apparently occurs in some installations due to having non HP hardware or an not legit copy of windows. I checked most of the problem solvers but I see no one that trully has the solution although there is an aclaimed way of solving it without much trouble. U guys know hwo to do it? Or know a place that tells u how? Much would be appreciated.

Do you know how annoying that was Keldyn, i had written my reply then decide to move it.

No that didn't help the question that's totally spam
But i wouldn't know how to fix it because i haven't had the chance
or have the money to buy it
