It depends on the site you are submitting to press release to. Some sites will get more traffic on different days and you have to look at which days are most popular for people to submit the press releases as well.



For example if you send your press release on a quiet day then it may stay on the "Latest News" section longer than on a busy day so you may end up with more traffic.
