    html page instead of default "not authorized" page

    How can one replace the standard page "You are not authorized" that the users see when accessing not authorized pages (ip numbers limited) , to another html page (not an image).

    Needs different html page for each site on the server.

    Webserver: IIS.

    Look at cusom error pages in IIS. You can use asp code to determine the offending site.
