Error During game HELP!

Every game i play i get an error about 10 mins into it, everything works fine, but i get a Send Error Report Error. Then it's practically frozen solid so i restart. And its EVERYTIME I PLAY. Could it be drivers, Please Help me.

No im sorry, EVERY piece of info you wanted is confidetial. lol j/k i have a nVIDIA GeForce 4 MX 440, Det Driver version 4.2.0.1, DX 9 and PC stats are in sig. And it is every game that i have played...so far, Battlefield, MOH, SC4...etc
